"Housy" Planning


"Buying a house" is in my list, since I was a little girl. This plan was really take into "serious" consideration when I started to join working society. Year 2010 was the year I planned to have my own home. But this plan was delayed 1++ year, for unknown reason.

Year 2010, Najis started with a full mortage loan for RM300K and below houses. This made me feel a little hope of getting my own house, if with current low pay since I am still quite new in the work field. But then, in year 2011, he increased the capacity of the loan to RM400K and below houses, considering prices of houses especially in town is increasing rapidly, residents hardly have their own home. This plan give much fresh air for me.

Over the year, my meat and I started to notice houses around, especially old "Taman", empty and abandoned houses. Whichever houses sticked with sales agent or the owners' number, we sure will call up ask for the price. But after I went back to hometown for 2012 CNY, experience from relatives and friends, who wanted to loan 30% for mortage loan for old houses but failed, because the full mortage loan is only applicable to new houses in new developed "Taman".

After 2012 CNY holiday, we saw some promo on residential parks, houses, condos... So then these past few weeks, we have checked up most of the "big" developers' projects. One of the most impacting ad is "O.C. Soon, RM4K to move in", then we started to make some phone calls to ask for more details. Of cause, what comes in mind was " Oh hey, RM4K, why not? I still can "squeeze" if really need to." But most of feedback from the sales office is "please come in to know more". So... we took up courage to visit the location of the new residence, week over weeks, with different group of friends.

Each of the visits to that new residence, we get more info of house, price, loan, insurance, SPA and so on. Even so, we still looked for other new developed residence and other new houses but old "Taman". But still, we felt EXPENSIVE, wanted to give up hope. Later, what come to my mind was to buy a haunted house, as it must be cheap, since it is haunted.

After further searching for houses online and comparing the procedure costs and prices, buying new developed house may be more convenient. Thus, we decided to go register for one.
